Duties

Deliver Azure-based analytical solutions
Design and implement Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture
Develop scalable data processing platforms
Create and optimize ETL processes and concepts
Integrate the Data Warehouse into the company's broader IT architecture
Support analysts in designing efficient data models
Develop and implement ETL workflows and DWH refresh strategies

Required skills

Strong data design and analysis skills

Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Azure ADF, SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering), Databricks, Synapse
Proficiency in data modeling techniques (both normalized and multidimensional)
Expertise in Data Warehouse architecture and design.Advanced technical skills in data warehousing technologies (e.g., ETL, ODS, DBMS, BI)
In-depth knowledge of data warehouse tools, market trends, and industry standards
Excellent consulting skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including assessing data architecture proposals
Proven track record of leading successful data warehousing projects across various industries
Fluency in Polish and English
