Responsibilities:
  •  Collaborate with the Group Cyber Crisis Management Leader on developing and maintaining cyber crisis management.
  • Build awareness of cyber crisis management for the bank.
  • Organize and participate in cyber crisis exercises.
  • Prepare responses to controls and regulator checks.
  • Contribute to business continuity solutions and IT resilience.
  • Update crisis management procedures, communication rules, key contact maps, exercise guides, and micro-crisis management processes.
  • Maintain and develop the Group Cyber Crisis Management site.
  • Prepare and present materials related to cyber crisis management.
  • Organize group-level and local cyber crisis exercises, including validation of scoping notes and scenarios.
  • Conduct targeted awareness sessions for the cyber crisis management framework.
Required skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (IT security and cyber security).
  • Experience in operational incident and crisis management.
  • Experience in test/training/exercise programs for cyber security, IT disaster recovery plans, or business continuity.
  • Knowledge of security values, business continuity, physical security risk management, IT resilience, IT continuity, and cyber security networks.
  • Adaptability and creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team, client-driven approach, and curiosity.
  • Basic knowledge of cyber threat intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
