Service Desk Consultant (Junior Level) - INTERN

Duties
  • Handling phone and email inquiries from clients (1st line support)
  • Analyzing tickets and solving basic technical issues with a proactive approach to customer service
  • Providing phone and email support
  • Logging and categorizing tickets in the JIRA system
  • Collaborating with the technical team on more complex issues
Required skills
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work with clients (helpline)
  • Knowledge of Windows systems and MS Office suite
  • Basic understanding of the MS 365 environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks (e.g., terms like DHCP, VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi basics)
  • Familiarity with IT hardware basics (e.g., configuring printers, basic troubleshooting of laptops and workstations)
  • Knowledge of remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP)
  • Teamwork skills and a problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid system (office: Warsaw city center)
  • English proficiency (min. B1)
